“Arrow” fans will be disappointed if they’re looking for Oliver and Mia’s father-daughter team up tonight. “Arrow” is not new tonight. Season 8, episode 5 has been delayed.

On Tuesday, a rerun of the Season 8 premiere will air at 9 p.m. on The CW. Luckily, it’s just a one-week hiatus. “Arrow” Season 8, episode 5 will air Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 9 p.m. EST on The CW.

The episode will take Oliver/Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) to Russia, and he won’t be alone. “Upon learning the key to oppose The Monitor (guest star LaMonica Garrett), Oliver (Stephen Amell) and team return to Russia on a mission to gather the necessary materials,” the synopsis teases.

The promo video reveals a bit more. William (Ben Lewis) reveals that the plans for the weapon that was used to destroy Earth-2 are in Moscow, so Oliver is heading back to Russia. Mia (Katherine McNamara) and William are determined to help him.

They head to Russia with their dad to steal the plans from a fight club. First, however, Mia and Oliver have to cage fight as a team. Considering both of their pasts, that should be easy. However, it looks like Mia will get into some trouble.

Garrett previously told International Business Times that Oliver isn’t thrilled that the Monitor brought his children to the past and put them in danger. “Yeah, that's going to be a big deal,” Garrett told IBT. “And you could imagine how something like that would make Oliver feel, like putting his kids in harm's way because that's exactly what's going on. But I think it's necessary. We'll see why later.”

Elsewhere, “Diggle (David Ramsey) reunites with a figure from his past,” the logline says. Luckily, photos reveal that it will be Roy (Colton Haynes) who reconnects with Dig. It seems the Scarlet Archer is working in an auto shop again, and his nametag says "Jason," an alias he used the first time he left Star City.

The episode is titled “Prochnost,” a Russian word meaning strength or durability.

“Arrow” returns next week on The CW. Fans can catch up with the latest episodes on The CW app or website for free.
