“Pretty Little Liars” stars Ashley Benson and Tyler Blackburn may have turned their fictional, fan-favorite relationship into a real-life romance.

After much speculation, multiple sources confirmed to Us Weekly that Benson, 23, and Blackburn, 26, are officially an item. Not so, insists Benson. Though the pair have played on-screen lovers Hanna Marin and Caleb Rivers on the hit ABC drama for four seasons, she shot down the reports of an off-camera romance on Twitter Friday.

Prior to the reports, Benson had revealed romantic sentiments toward her alleged love to Us Weekly. “He makes me laugh,” said the actress. “I have such a crush!” The admission isn't the first time the co-stars have shared their feelings for one another. The duo first sparked relationship rumors after they were spotted kissing at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California earlier this year.

The actress last spoke publicly about her personal life following her March breakup with boyfriend Ryan Good, Justin Bieber’s former swagger coach. “Anytime you go through a breakup, it’s rough,” Benson told Seventeen, claiming she was interested in focusing on her career after the split. "I’m too young to be in a serious relationship. Work is my boyfriend," she said.

While the TV star said acting comes first, Benson confessed that starting a new romance wasn’t completely off the table. "If it happens, it happens. I'm 23 -- I could have a boyfriend tomorrow. But relationships are scary, because once you're in one, you have to face the idea of breaking up or staying together forever,” she said.
