What a time to be alive. Students at a Chicago college got the experience of a lifetime by having some popular members of Bachelor Nation virtually visit their class.

At DePaul University, CMNS 311: Topics in Relational Communication is a course that uses the ABC show "The Bachelor" and its spinoffs to learn about interpersonal relationships. Professor Adriane Stoner, who teaches the course remotely due to the current global pandemic, explained to the Chicago Tribune that the idea came from a student who asked if they could reach out to the longtime host of the franchise, Chris Harrison.

"My reaction to that is like, 'That’s amazing. Great idea. Knock yourself out,'" she said.

"I said to everyone else who was on that Zoom, I’m like, 'Let’s do it. We might as well give it a shot. Send out DMs to everyone that you can think of, and we’ll kind of have this campaign and see what happens from there.' I didn’t expect for much to come from that," Stoner admitted.

Imagine what a pleasant surprise it was for Stoner and her class of 29 students when something actually did come from them reaching out. They have been able to chat with Harrison and a decent amount of "Bachelor" alums including former "Bachelor" leads Nick Viall and Ben Higgins, "Grocery Store Joe" Amabile from Becca Kufrin's season of "The Bachelorette," Taysia Adams, who vyed for Colton Underwood's heart, Annaliese Puccini from Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s season, and the author of "Bachelor Nation: Inside the World of America's Favorite Guilty Pleasure," Amy Kaufman.

The class was also able to speak with Dustin Kendrick, who had been quarantined with buzzworthy couple Peter Weber and Kelley Flanagan.

"Peter and Kelley are fully dating, but they aren’t admitting it to people," a source revealed to Us Weekly in late April of the recent "Bachelor" alums, adding that the reason they were keeping things discreet was due to the potential backlash they could face.

"[Kelley] has been much more careful and has been staying in her house ever since her incident with Peter while walking on the Riverwalk in Chicago and doesn’t want to be criticized all over the internet," the insider continued.

Earlier in April, the 28-year-old Delta pilot admitted that he could see himself with Kelley, but following his failed engagement with Hannah Ann Sluss and ending his relationship with Madison Prewett, he wanted to take things slow.

"Could I see that in the future? Yeah, of course. I'd be extremely lucky and very happy if that happened," Peter admitted at the time. "Of anyone, I'm the last person that needs to rush into any kind of relationship. I just had an engagement that didn't work out. I just was trying to pursue things with another woman that didn't work out. That's why right now, I'm just taking it really, really slow."
