Monday’s “Bachelor in Paradise” ended on a cliffhanger with contestant Demi Burnett asking to privately speak with host Chris Harrison. While her cast members pondered if the move meant she was leaving the ABC show, spoilers for the 2019 installment reveal she isn’t going anywhere.

In the last Season 6 episode, Demi opened up to Derek Peth about her feelings for her ex-girlfriend back home while also revealing she had similar feelings for him. While Demi’s ex is not a member of Bachelor Nation, she will appear on the show going forward. According to Reality Steve, it will be very apparent very quickly that Demi will choose her ex, Kristian Haggerty, over Derek.

While week three’s rose ceremony is supposed to see the men give out the roses, Demi is rumored to gift a rose to Kristian. “Basically every rose ceremony from this point forward starts with Demi going first and giving her rose to Kristian,” Reality Steve reported.

As for Derek, he won’t leave the show right away. Derek will reportedly gift his rose in week three to Tayshia, who up until this point, has had a strong connection with John Paul Jones.

Things will turn rocky for Derek in week four when, according to the blogger, John Paul Jones accuses Derek of “saying something along the lines of using women, or using Tayshia.” Tayshia will reportedly side with John Paul Jones in the argument, resulting in Derek “crying and leaving the show.”

Demi and Kristian are said to have a much happy ending, though. The couple will reportedly be one of three to get engaged during the “Bachelor in Paradise” finale. Find out who else gets engaged this season HERE.

“Bachelor in Paradise” airs Mondays at Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
