Many people have gained notoriety for going on the "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" and it's not always for the best reasons.

Just ask Lincoln Adim, who made headlines after he allegedly lied about his criminal past to producers of the show. While his time on the show is long over, the legal trouble he was facing also seems to be coming to a close.

As a refresher, Adim was a contestant on Season 14 of "The Bachelorette" with Becca Kufrin, which premiered in May 2018. That same month, just before the show began airing, Adim pled guilty to indecent assault and battery after he was accused of groping a woman on a Boston harbor cruise.

The 27-year-old reality personality didn't receive Becca's final rose and was eliminated in week 6, which, according to TMZ, is right around when "his conviction was vacated on a technicality involving his GPS monitor."

This resulted in a do-over for the case, and this time Adim struck a deal that will likely see the case dismissed after three months. Although he will also be on probation for three months, all he has to do is stay away from his accuser and stay out of trouble during that time and the case will be a thing of the past.

Adim isn't the first or the last "Bachelorette" contestant to have legal woes. Looking at some of the more recent cast from Hannah Brown's season of the ABC show, Tyler Cameron found himself with a revoked driver's license for failing to pay a ticket in connection to a May 21 crash in Jupiter, Florida.

The accident, which Cameron was found at fault for, caused about $15,000 in damages, as reported by Palm Beach Post. He was issued a $166 reckless-driving ticket and failed to pay within the required 30 days.

The "Bachelorette" star ultimately pleaded not guilty and paid a late fee of $23. His license was reinstated on July 16.
