Bette Midler Throws Shade At The Kardashian Family On Twitter; Jokes About Rob Kardashian, Blac Chyna’s Engagement

Bette Midler is struggling to keep up with the Kardashians after learning of Rob Kardashian’s engagement to Blac Chyna. The “Hocus Pocus” star publicly questioned the celebrity family’s many complex relationships, which have only gotten more confusing since the youngest of the Kardashian siblings and Tyga’s former fiancée got together.

Midler tweeted about the engagement Thursday. She looked to her 978,000 followers to explain to her what exactly Rob Kardashian’s relationship with Blac Chyna means for everybody else. Midler wondered whether their impending nuptials will make him and half sister Kylie Jenner, who has been dating Tyga for quite some time now, stepparents to the same child.

This is hardly the first time the Golden Globe Award-winning actress has had something to say about the Kardashian family. She got into it with Kim Kardashian on Twitter March 8 after criticizing a nude photograph the mother of one posted on her social media platforms. Midler joked that if Kardashian wanted to shock the world with a photo, she’d have to “swallow the camera.” The reality-television star fired back the next morning, claiming she was late to the feud because she’d been busy cashing an “80 million video game check” and depositing $53 million — the precise amount husband Kanye West once claimed to be in debt — into their joint account. Kardashian then mocked the actress’ age, questioning whether she’d even be up at that hour. She went on to say that if Midler was receiving her messages, she should “send nudes.”

Rob Kardashian, 28, and Blac Chyna, 27, announced their engagement April 5. The model snapped a photo of herself and her future hubby sitting in the car. She is shown grabbing at his face with one hand, while flashing the other at the camera. On her left ring finger sat a massive solitary diamond. Close friend Amber Rose confirmed the news later that same day, congratulating the happy couple on Twitter.
