Lalo Salamanca (Tony Dalton) will be out for revenge in “Better Call Saul” Season 6 after the “unforgivable” events on the show. Gus (Giancarlo Esposito) and Nacho (Michael Mando) will not be expecting an attack, but they will not be the only ones who have to be worried.

A featurette video of the Season 5 finale released by Rotten Tomatoes TV shows the cast members discussing the events in the finale and what to expect on the show next year. The main plot of the show going forward is expected to be about Lalo taking revenge for the attack on his home.

Lalo’s problem, according to executive producer Peter Gould, is that he doesn’t have people that he can trust. The man who was supposed to take over for him was Nacho. Dalton pointed out that his character hoped that Nacho would end up running the operation one day.

Despite the odds, Lalo has managed to survive. Gould revealed that Nacho, Gus, and Mike (Jonathan Banks) are not counting on how tricky and smart Lalo really is.

Attacking Lalo’s home is “unacceptable,” according to Dalton. The actor said that his character is going to settle some scores in “Better Call Saul” Season 6.In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Dalton said that his character is angry. “ They killed his cook — are you kidding me?! You don't do that to a Mexican!” he said.

As far as Nacho is concerned, Dalton said that the character is as good as dead. “He should be really scared,” the actor said about Nacho.

The spin-off series is catching up with the main “Breaking Bad” show. On the question of whether the show will bring back Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul), Bob Odenkirk told Deadline that if bringing the two characters back is pivotal to the story they are telling, then those character will be brought in. However, the actor doesn’t know for sure what’s in store for his character in Season 6.

“Better Call Saul” Season 6 is expected to air sometime in 2021. The producers are yet to announce an exact release date.
