Bill Cosby, who was released from prison last year, has revealed that he would like to go on a tour next year.

The 85-year-old comedian, who was in prison for three years on sexual assault charges, guested on the radio show "WGH Talk" Wednesday. When asked if there was a possibility that he'd go on a tour again next year, Cosby told host Scott Spears, "Yes."

"When I come out of this, I feel that I will be able to perform and be the Bill Cosby that my audience knows me to be," Cosby said, according to ET Canada. "Yes, because there's so much fun to be had in this storytelling that I do."

Cosby's representative, Andrew Wyatt, also confirmed that the comedian might start touring in spring or summer, Variety reported.

The comedian once again came under fire earlier this month, when five women filed a new sexual assault lawsuit against him. Four women claimed that the comedian raped them in the late 1980s and 1990s, while the fifth allegation came from a former Hollywood executive named Cindra Ladd, who accused Cosby of raping her in 1969, as per ET Canada.

Cosby was the first celebrity to be convicted of sexual abuse since the #MeToo movement began. The movement helped expose sexual misconduct committed by powerful men in Hollywood and beyond.

There had already been several accusations of Cosby sexually assaulting women and drugging them, but it was only after Hannibal Burress' joke about Cosby went viral in 2014 that the comedian began facing real heat for his behavior.

Earlier this year, one of the comedian's "The Cosby Show" co-stars, Garcelle Beauvais, shared her experience visiting Cosby's house in the 1980s.

"I felt like when I got to his brownstone that I wasn't the only one there besides him," the 55-year-old actress recalled. "There was something eerie about not knowing if there's anybody else in the house and then having, you know, him asking me if I wanna drink and I wasn't a drinker."

She added, "And then something told me, 'Get out of there,' and that's exactly what I did."

On the work front, Cosby was last seen in the movie "The Rodfellows Movie." He was popularly known for the TV series "The Cosby Show," which ran from 1984 to 1992.
