Blake Shelton could be hinting at his proposal to girlfriend Gwen Stefani with his latest song.

On Dec. 13, the country music singer released his single “Nobody But You.” Some of his fans were convinced that the song was a hint at his upcoming proposal to his girlfriend, Stefani.

“Fully Loaded may be your best yet! Nobody But You sounds like a proposal Love love it!!!” one fan wrote on Twitter.

Sheldon shared the song that featured Stefani on Twitter and his post received positive responses from his followers. Several said that it was “beautiful.” Many also congratulated the “The Voice” judge. Some complimented his voice because it’s perfect with Stefani’s.

Due to Shelton and Stefani’s duet, some were prompted to ask him why he still hasn’t married the No Doubt vocalist.

“I really like that song, Blake. But tell me why you do not marry Gwen?” one asked.

Amanda Harding of Showbiz CheatSheet explained why some were convinced that the song was idicative of Shelton’s upcoming proposal to Stefani. According to her, the lyrics reveal a person who is in love with someone and doesn’t want to lose them by waiting around for too long.

“Don’t have to leave this town to see the world / ‘Cause there’s something that I gotta do / I don’t wanna look back in thirty years and wonder who you’re married to,” part of the lyrics read.

“I don’t wanna live without you / I don’t wanna even breathe / I don’t wanna dream about you / Wanna wake up with you next to me,” the chorus reaffirms.

Shelton and Stefani’s first encounter was in April 2014 when she joined the former, Adam Levine and Pharrell Williams as coach on “The Voice.” There was instant connection between the two.

In July 2015, Shelton and Miranda Lambert divorced. In August 2015, Stefani and her husband Gavin Rossdale parted ways. In November 2015, Shelton’s rep confirmed that they started dating.
