Their big day has finally arrived, and despite doubts about their reasons for marrying, Katie and Throne will say their “I Do’s” on the Tuesday, Sept. 25 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

As their battle with Bill (Don Diamont) over custody of Will (Finnegan George) heated up, Katie (Heather Tom) and Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) decided to make their case even stronger by taking things a step further. Already engaged, the pair decided to marry before their court date on the CBS soap. Now, that day has finally arrived, though not everyone is on board with their plans.

Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) has been very vocal in her disapproval over the custody battle, and she has been secretly sharing information with Bill to try and help his case as a result. Now. Even though she agreed to serve as Katie’s matron of Honor at her wedding, she will once again question her sister’s reasons for marrying Thorne so quickly, forcing Katie to defend herself once more about not only the marriage but the decision to file for sole custody at all.

“I am not here to keep Bill away from his son,” Katie says to Brooke in a preview clip for the episode. “I am not.”

Meanwhile, Bill will also be freaking out, because he was livid to learn the pair was marrying, which could give them an unfair advantage when it comes to stating their cases before the judge. B&B spoilers tease that Justin (Aaron Spears) worries about Bill becoming unhinged as Katie weds Thorne.

Bill has been indicating that he wants to go to extremes in an effort to not lose his case, which has been worrying his loyal henchman. Now, knowing that across town Katie and Thorne are about to make things official, Bill will indicate that nothing will stop him now because he’s afraid they’ve taken things too far.

“This has gone far enough Justin,” he says in the clip. “My son’s life is being turned upside down.”

However, what Bill doesn’t know is that there is another thing stacked against him—thanks to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), who has made a play to influence the judge presiding over the case.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
