Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's daughter Shiloh Jolie-Pitt seems to be taking more after her dad as she grows up.

Shiloh, 12, joined her mom and five siblings, Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 10, for a rare family appearance during a special screening of the movie, "The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind," in New York City earlier this week. The family has been in New York City for several days now, attending several events and going on fun outings in the Big Apple.

For the event, Jolie looked gorgeous in an all-black outfit, and her brood also came in their best formal attire. Complementing with their mom's neutral theme, Shiloh wore a formal black suit, white button-down shirt and black sneakers. Knox wore a gray jacket, pants and sneakers for the screening, while twin sister Vivienne donned a black button-down, navy blue pants and Chuck Taylors. Pax also looked all grown up in a black suit and printed shirt.

Meanwhile, Zahara donned a black dress and boots for the occasion, while Maddox looked dapper in a dark blazer, black pants and cream scarf.

Jolie wasn't directly involved in "The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind," but the Oscar-winning actress moderated the screening event, according to Harper's Bazaar. She also hosted a Q&A session with the movie's director, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and "The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind" author William Kamkwamba.

Last week, Jolie also took her kids as her date for the opening night of the Museum of Modern Art's "Doc Fortnight" and the premiere of Prune Nourry's "Serendipity" exhibition. During the event, the actress-director rocked a sparkly Givenchy jumpsuit, black stilettos and red lips, while Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh all wore formal ensembles in shades of blue, black and white.

Aside from attending events and going shopping, Jolie reportedly also accompanied son Maddox when they looked at colleges in New York. There has been no confirmation as to which university the eldest Jolie-Pitt child plans to apply for, but a new rumor has claimed that Pitt reportedly feels "pushed out" of the decision-making for Maddox's next big step in life.

“Brad is so proud of Maddox and would love to be helping him tour colleges, but as of now, there are no plans for that. It’s not by Brad’s choice,” a so-called source claimed to Hollywood Life.

“He’d love to be more involved but Angelina has been very clear that she is handling it," the questionable tipster continued. "It’s hard on Brad to be pushed out, to see Angelina having fun with the kids while he’s busy working to support everyone."

However, there is no proof that Pitt is being deliberately left out of the decision-making, so take this with a grain of salt. But ultimately, where he goes for college would likely be Maddox's choice as Jolie previously said that she lets her children make their own decisions and choose their own paths, according to People.
