Brad Pitt snubbed his kids with Angelina Jolie in his Golden Globes acceptance speech.

Pitt just added another trophy to his collection after winning the Golden Globes’ Best Actor in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture award for his performance in “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.” When he took the stage to deliver his acceptance speech, the “Ad Astra” actor thanked several people but didn’t mention his family, especially his kids with ex-wife Jolie, New Idea first reported.

Pitt didn’t forget to thank director Quentin Tarantino and his co-star and pal Leonardo DiCaprio. “He’s an all star, he’s a gent, and I wouldn’t be here without you, man,” Pitt said of the “Titanic” actor.

Pitt went on and thanked the film’s producers and even his celebrity friends in the audience. He even joked that he wanted to bring his mom but scrapped the idea because any woman who stands next to him is romantically linked to him and it would be awkward.

Many lauded Pitt’s hilarious speech, but some were surprised that it ended without any mention of his kids. The publication suggested that one possible reason was because his divorce with the “Maleficent” star is still not finalized three years after they parted ways.

Even if Pitt didn’t mention his children, his relationship with them is perfectly fine. In fact, he celebrated his birthday with them. Last month, an eyewitness saw his kids being dropped at his home for the occasion. It was only a short visit because they only stayed at the actor’s home for a while with their bodyguard before heading straight back to Jolie’s house. Pitt also spent Christmas Eve with them.

Pitt and Jolie didn’t have an amicable split. Their separation was followed by a divorce and custody battle. However, things have gotten better between the exes.

Meanwhile, Pitt remains friends with his first ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston. The “Murder Mystery” actress was present at the awards ceremony and was among the audience who laughed at Pitt’s acceptance speech.
