Bruno Mars has reacted to Anderson .Paak's hilarious comment on wanting to collaborate with Taylor Swift instead of him.

Mars, who dropped his new music album "An Evening with Silk Sonic" with Paak last week, took to Twitter on Wednesday to retweet Paak's post and wrote, "It's The betrayal for me."

Moreover, the singer also shared a photoshopped photo of Paak featuring in Swift's "1989" music album cover.

The tweet came after Paak asked Swift for her number, noting that he has "linked up" with the wrong pop star.

"Looks like I linked up with the wrong pop star! Hey @taylorswift13 is your number still the same!? Lmk if you need help with 1989, I'm available! #ShakeItOff," he tweeted the same day.

He also added a photo of the U.S. albums chart, which had Swift's "Red (Taylor's Version)" on number one position while the duo's album was at No.2.

The duo's music album, "An Evening with Silk Sonic," and Swift's "Red (Taylor's Version)" were dropped on the same day, Nov. 12.

"An Evening with Silk Sonic" was originally scheduled to release on March 5. It was then postponed for January 2022 as they wanted to add more music tracks to their debut album. They later announced that the album will drop on Nov. 12.

The music album consists of eight tracks, including "Leave the Door Open," "After Last Night," "Smokin Out the Window," "Put On a Smile," "Fly as Me," "Blast Off," "Skate" and "777."

"Red (Taylor's Version)" was slated to release this Friday but Swift last month announced that she will release the album one week earlier than scheduled. The music album consists of 30 songs.

Mars was last featured in a music video, titled "Pop Songs World 2020," in January last year. He also collaborated with Ed Sheeran in 2019 for "Blow."

Paak dropped his "Cut Em In" music video featuring rapper Rick Ross. It was released in September last year.
