Never one for holding back, model Chrissy Teigen shocked Joan Rivers, one of the most brazen of comedians, while co-starring on E!’s “Fashion Police” Friday.

The 27-year-old Sports Illustrated model kicked off her interview on the show by commenting on her fear that she may flash the show’s live audience, telling Rivers, 80, that she forgot an essential part of her outfit: her underwear. “I didn’t realize. I should have tested this,” said Teigen, who sported a short dress on the set. “I didn’t know sitting would be quite this bad. Here you go everybody!”

Despite Rivers co-host George Kotsiopoulos' original interest in the model’s lack of undergarments, telling viewers he “has a nice view,” the conversation took a drastic turn when Rivers prompted the brunette to discuss her self-admitted habit of going commando. “You never, ever wear underwear? But what if it’s a heavy flow day? Is it a cork and duct tape?” says Rivers.

This isn’t the first time Teigen has stripped in front of cameras. The Utah-native last showed her body on the cover of GQ magazine in June after the publication deemed her their “new favorite supermodel.” Despite posing in the nude, Teigen confessed that her biggest regret was stripping down for a personal, naked, spray-tan shoot that she shared via Instagram. “What no one knows is that my mom took it!” Teigen said, referring to a controversial photo that was later removed from the site. “My mom frickin' threw me under the bus!”

“Fashion Police” airs Friday on E! at 9 p.m. ET.
