Ciara Wears Wedding Gown For 'Brides' Magazine: Talks Future And Wedding Day

Ciara is ready to get married to her fiancé, rapper Future. The bride-to-be is on the cover of the August/September issue of Brides magazine, wearing a Reem Acra gown that may not be far off from her actual wedding gown. Ciara talks about how she is going to dress for the wedding, and how she knew Future was the one for her.

“My everyday style is what I call ‘tomboy chic,’ but for my wedding, I’m going to do elegance with a little edge,” the 28-year-old revealed. When asked when she knew her fiancé was the one for her, she said, “Very early on. He came with something that I’d never felt before: the true presence of a man.”

The singer, who previously dated fellow artists Bow Wow and 50 Cent, is not only going to be a bride soon — she recently gave birth to her first child, Future Jr. In January, Ciara confirmed on "The View" that she was pregnant with her first child after her fashion choices sparked months speculation among her fans. The R&B singer shared many photos on her Instagram page, primarily showing herself in baggy clothes that hid her stomach, prompting fans to question whether she was hiding a baby bump.

After giving birth, Ciara’s fiancé told Us Weekly, “She'll be a great mom. She's working at it every day, and over time, I think she'll be the best.” Speaking of his newborn son, he added: “I want him to be better than me. I would encourage him in anything he wants to do. I want to be behind him, of course.” He was also asked about diaper duty, saying: “You have to say you did it. I'll make sure I change a few diapers -- a hands-on Dad.”
