Cindy Crawford Shares Photo Of Teen Daughter Kaia Gerber Channeling Miranda Kerr

Kaia Gerber looked stunning in a picture shared by her supermodel mom Cindy Crawford on Instagram on Tuesday. The picture shows Kaia flashing a coy smile while holding a big fuchsia flower next to her face. The brunette beauty looks gorgeous in a white and black collared top and pearl necklaces with her hair pushed to one side.

“Straight from my #shelfie...Love this picture I snapped of @kaiagerber,” Crawford, 49, captioned the glamourous shot. It featured the teen working a sheer look in a white top. The 1990s fashion icon then added, “Fun fact: @mirandakerr was our inspiration!” Crawford's daughter resembles not only her mama, but the Aussie beauty, too, thanks to her lush locks, her high cheekbones, and her rosebud pout, according to Hello.

Kaia is the spitting image of her mother. The young model caused a stir on social media with fans noting how she channeled Miranda almost flawlessly with the world-famous pout. The week before, Gerber shared her own glam selfie via Instagram, one that featured her pretty face in profile, topped by see-through shades. “Backseat driver,” she captioned the breezy photo. Last month, Crawford and Gerber made headlines for sharing makeup-free selfies. Many fans took notice of how much the mother-daughter duo look alike.

The picture could be an inspiration from a recent photo on Miranda’s own Instagram account, as she posed with a friend, smoldering for the camera and holding a flower similar to the one in Kaia’s picture. However, some fans have speculated that it could be a tribute to Miranda’s campaign for Escada. In the said campaign the former Victoria’s Secret model posed with bouquets of colourful flowers, wearing a variety of chic ensembles in everything from creams to bright shades of pink.

However, it’s not the first time that Kaia has paid tribute to a supermodel as she continues to share snaps on her social media profiles. Last year Crawford’s daughter shared a picture on her and her brother Presley’s joint Instagram wearing her mom’s old clothes, including a floral Roberto Cavalli ensemble. The evening dress was first worn by Cindy at the Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards in New York City in 2003. But Kaia posed in the dress on a paved driveway with a stunning sunset as a backdrop.
