As Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli prepare for their newly-announced Oct. 2020 trial, their daughter, Olivia Jade, has taken steps to return to her "influencer-marketing efforts" on Instagram.

In 2019, both Loughlin and Giannulli were accused of paying William "Rick" Singer $500,000 so that both Olivia Jade and her sister, Isabella Rose, could attend the University of Southern California (USC). Subsequently, they were each charged with mail and wire fraud, honest services mail and wire fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery.

Now, Olivia has started to ramp up her social media presence again.

According to Business Insider, the YouTube personality shared two affiliate-marketing links to her Instagram story from the company RewardStyle over the course of 24 hours. This, in turn, would give her a commission if any of her followers used the link to purchase a product. Additionally, she also "reshared a photo of herself promoting Kim Kardashian West's new shapewear brand, Skims."

The aforementioned activity on her Instagram follows other efforts made by Olivia in recent months. In December, the influencer made an unexpected appearance prior to the "Fuller House" star's trial, which caused not only criticism from the public but also friction between her and Loughlin due to the fact that it was seen as a "big betrayal." It has also been said that her return to the streaming platform was coached and required her to adhere to certain rules.

As for Loughlin herself, the "When Calls the Heart" star has reportedly started taking various steps behind the scenes as she begins preparing for her upcoming court dates surrounding the admissions scam.

Not only has it been said that the TV personality has taken "important" and "grueling" steps, but some have also indicated that she has been actively working to prevent the prosecution from securing a conviction. Additionally, sources have also stated that her defense has changed its strategy leading up to the 2020 trial.
