The ALDC girls better bring their A-game in Tuesday’s installment. Lifetime has revealed that Season 5, episode 30 of “Dance Moms” will see a head-to-head solo competition between dancers Nia Frazier and Kalani Hilliker. And of course, the battle if the work of their coach, Abby Lee Miller.

According to the network’s synopsis for “Nia vs. Kalani: Winner Takes All," Abby will pit the two teens against one another at the weekly competition in the senior division category. The winner will be awarded a solo at the upcoming national competition.

The promo video for Tuesday's installment reveals that Nia’s solo routine will be titled “Bye Felicia,” a theme which Nia, then 13, and her teammates appear thrilled by in the teaser. According to one “Dance Moms” spoiler site, Kalani will be competing a dance titled “Shades of Grey.”

And despite giving both girls the chance to shine, Abby makes it clear she thinks Kalani will be the big winner. “She’s beautiful. She has great lines. There’s no stopping Kalani,” Abby says in the teaser. Kalani’s mom, Kira Girard, agrees, saying, “I know that Kalani is going to kill it and get the solo at nationals.”

Thankfully for Nia, she has at least one person in the corner. “I think Nia is often the underdog,” Nia’s mom, Holly Frazier, says in the trailer. “I know Abby is expecting Kalani to win, but never count out Nia.”

Not only do Kalani, 14, and Nia have to worry about the competition in their own backyard, their team also has MDP (Murrieta Dance Project) to contend with. The rival studio will be “bringing their best routine yet."

Nia will be “feeling the pressure” in episode 30, according to the synopsis, and not just because of her dance competitors. Nia will also be shooting her second music video, "Slay." “Will she be able to balance both?” the summary teases.
