She came close to death after becoming trapped alone in the cabin as it went on fire. But now that she is home and safe, Ciara’s loved ones will quickly rally around her, happy she has finally returned and is no longer with Ben on the Tuesday, July 10 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Ciara (Victoria Konefal) had been willingly staying in the cabin with Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) following her motorcycle accident because she wasn’t ready to return home to her loved ones yet on the NBC soap. Things had gone mainly well for the two, despite Ben’s known past, with Ciara even helping him through a paranoid episode of hallucinations after his meds ran out. However, things quickly turned dangerous after Ben left to get a prescription refilled, and Ciara fell asleep. When she woke up, Ben was still gone, and she was trapped as the cabin went up in flames around her.

She was rescued after Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) showed up at the scene, and Ben was arrested once he returned, with the two detectives immediately assuming he had set fire to the cabin in an effort to kill Ciara. Now, though she hadn’t wanted to return to Salem yet, Ciara is back, and her loved ones are thrilled to see her.

Among those who will be the happiest to reunite with her will be Tripp (Lucas Adams), who blamed himself for her disappearance in the first place, since she took off after catching him and Claire (Olivia Keegan) in a compromising position. Once he hears she is alright, he will quickly rush to her side to see her and try to make amends by any means necessary.

If Ciara chooses to believe him and give things a try again, it would be the fresh start they need, now that Tripp knows everything about when she was raped. However, a new factor could also be there to complicate any plans.

If Ben is given a chance to see Ciara again, which, if the fire is ruled as accidental, could be possible once he is released from custody, he could be more relieved than she expects him to be about her safety. Though he will obviously be relieved to see she’s okay because of his own past and efforts to change, he could drop a huge bombshell on her as well—that he has some feelings for her. With that information, what Ciara decides is best for her future could be up in the air.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
