The Powerball drawing on Wednesday night did not yield a grand prize winner for the estimated $425.3 million jackpot with a cash option of $217.9 million.

The next drawing, which will take place on Saturday night, will see the jackpot climb to $454 million with a $232.6 million cash value.

The winning lottery numbers drawn on Wednesday, Oct. 12, were 14, 30, 41, 42, and 59 with a red Powerball of 6. The Power Play was 5X.

While there were no grand prize winners or Match 5 instant millionaires, several smaller monetary prizes were awarded, including 14 players who hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball and won $50,000 apiece.

Three players won the Match 4 plus red Powerball with the 5X Power Play and walked away with a $250,000 prize. The rest of the monetary winnings from the night ranged between $4 and $500. A total of 649,369 tickets won prizes from the Wednesday night jackpot.

The latest jackpot comes as a $1 million winning ticket was sold in Illinois for the Monday Powerball drawing. The winning ticket was sold at KNR Candy in Calumet City.

Jackpot winners must match the six numbers on their ticket to the drawn six-number combination. Five numbers must be selected from 1 to 69 for the white balls, and a number is selected from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball.

There is a 1 in 292.2 million chance of winning the Powerball jackpot. Powerball drawings take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
