A new clip from "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" was dropped on Twitter on Thursday featuring a battle between the new Marvel Cinematic Universe's villain, Gargantos, and Doctor Strange. The video also featured America Chavez's character, played by actress Xochitl Gomez.

In the one-minute clip, Doctor Strange can be seen flying in to save a troubled situation caused by the unseen monster. Doctor Strange uses his powers to unveil the monster and sees Gargantos behind the destruction of the city.

Gargantos, who looked like a one-eye huge octopus, tries to destroy a bus that had Chavez stuck in it. Doctor Strange stops the villain by cutting one of his tentacles and sending his magical cloak to save Chavez.

In the end, Gargantos throws the bus at Doctor Strange and he uses his magical powers to divide the bus into two parts and save himself. "Doctor Strange battles Gargantos in this exclusive clip from #DoctorStrange in the Multiverse of Madness," IMDb's official Twitter handle wrote.

Fans immediately shared their opinions regarding the new clip in the comments section.

One of the fans praised the director Sam Raimi for giving the authentic comic book look to the upcoming movie. "They really improved the colours. This clip truly feels like an authentic comic book bring to life. Glad Sam did," the fan wrote.

Another fan replied to the comment, noting that the Gargantos' color grading changed from teaser to trailer and shared a sample:

Another user suggested that the villain's color could change because Wanda Maximoff (played by Elizabeth Olsen) is controlling it, "Its eye could possibly be red because Wanda is controlling it?"

"So my question is what about everyone else on the bus?" a fan questioned. "I know lm not the only one thinking it right _ , the girl wasn’t going to be driving the bus by herself."

The sequel of "Doctor Strange" will hit the theaters on May 6.

The first installment of "Doctor Strange" was released in 2016 and since then, this will be the first solo movie based on Doctor Strange played by actor Benedict Cumberbatch. The movie will also star Patrick Stewart, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams and Chiwetel Ejiofor.
