Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been dating for over four years, and the pair seems perfectly content with the pace of their relationship. However, it hasn’t stopped engagement and pregnancy rumors from following the couple.

Shelton and Stefani began dating in 2015 following the “God’s Country” singer divorce from Miranda Lambert, and the No Doubt artist’s split from Gavin Rossdale. Although the two haven’t taken their relationship to the next level yet, the 43-year-old country crooner revealed that he is confident about his future with Stefani.

During an interview with Gayle King for a CBS special ahead of their Grammy performance, the anchor asked where the couple sees themselves in the next decade.

“I have a lot of kids, so I see myself, like, at a lot of football games,” Stefani said.

Shelton then revealed that he planned to stick by his girlfriend’s side. “In the next 10 years, I see myself in the exact same scenario,” he revealed.

In March 2019, sources told Us Weekly that the couple was “determined to have a child together” and considered using a surrogate. “They are in the final stages of choosing the woman who will carry their baby,” the insider said at the time.

“It’s extremely important to Gwen that she give Blake a biological child, and Blake is so excited,” the confidante added.

Although Shelton has a close relationship with Stefani’s sons, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo, “he wants his own child too.”

Despite the report, neither Stefani nor Shelton have announced the arrival of a new baby. For now, fans will have to be content with the couple’s flirty performances and adorable Instagram posts.
