  • Erskine's fans knew the video was just a parody and they praised her because it was very convincing

Blaire Erskine's parody of former President Donald Trump crashing a wedding where she played as the bride went viral.

The comedienne took to Twitter and shared a clip of her wearing a white gown and veil. In the clip, Erskine pretended to be the bride of the wedding that Trump recently crashed at Mar-a-Lago.

"Donald Trump crashed our wedding at Mar-a-Lago!!! That’s MY president!!!" she wrote in the caption.

In the video, Erskine looked like a real bride due to her costume. She also sounded happy while speaking about the incident and cheekily shared the best part of it.

"But I think the best part of that was he stepped in for the father-daughter dance which is really cool because, like you know, my dad is his biggest fan and that was really special for me to get to see them dance," she said.

Those who do not know Erskine for being the queen of satire thought that the video was real and she was the actual bride. Some of them were very sorry for her while others criticized her.

"My condolences. A bride’s wedding day is a once in a lifetime day. Mara Largo should offer a refund for allowing this to happen," one commented.

"I’m already feeling secondhand embarrassment for their future children," another wrote.

"Hillbilly Bride. Soon to be a divorcee," another wrote.

Since many took the video against Erskine, some of her fans also defended her to make it clear for them that the video was a parody.

"Blaire is a comedian - this is parody," one fan defended her.

"Nice job smearing someone with a cultural slur when she is actually a comedian doing satire," another added.

"Thank goodness someone in this timeline (other than me!) got it! A whole lot of people think she was the actual bride. They didn’t even listen to what she said! Some people’s comprehension skills are pretty pathetic," another shared.

The netizens who have been following Erskine and her craft knew that the video was a parody and they found it funny. In fact, for a second, they also thought she was the actual bride because she played it so well.

"Hilarious. People will see this and think you are for real!" one wrote.

"You play too seriously that I thought you are the bride! When I was watching it, I kept telling myself, this is her special day and I shouldn't write anything bad just because she is trump supporter! 2nd time I watched it, it was much funnier since I realized this is comedy," a second user commented.

"You always make me laugh!!!! I love that you always save the best for the end! The father-daughter dance with trump and your dad dancing to Butterfly Kisses, setting the masks on fire for your exit photos, and trump staring at the pool - hilarious!" a third user added.
