Singers Donny and Marie Osmond said goodbye to Las Vegas as the siblings ended their 11-year tenure at the Flamingo Hotel with an emotional final show. The Osmonds performed at their Las Vegas residency for one last time for audiences as they said goodbye to them in style.

People reported that the singing duo ended their run at their Vegas residency as they fought through tears to perform their greatest hits. Donny was overwhelmed by emotions but managed to pull through with a packed audience of over 800. After embracing each other on stage, the curtain closed on them and the show for the final time. The show was also attended by some of their colleagues, including "The Talk" hosts Sheryl Underwood, Eve, and Carrie Ann Inaba as well as singer Debbie Gibson.

For more than 40 years, the two siblings have gained fame as Donny & Marie, which turned into a show that has become a staple for Vegas goers since the Osmonds started their residency back in 2008. Initially a six-week run, their contact got extended over for an 11-year period due to its popularity with audiences.

The 90-minute show is performed with both singers together in the beginning and end along with some solo numbers in between. The showroom where they sang later was updated in 2014 and renamed the Donny and Marie Theater.

So what’s coming next for the Osmonds? Well, with their upcoming projects, it’s been speculated that this would be the last time the two siblings would perform together at a ticketed event. It’s been revealed that Marie would continue to be a part of the Las Vegas Strip with a new show with the possibility of a new partner by her side. Donny is currently working on a new album with a tour coming in 2020 with Vegas as his first stop.

Other celebrities who have a current residency at the Vegas Strip include Celine Dion, The Backstreet Boys, Boyz II Men, Cher, and Rod Stewart. There haven't been any announcements for who would be replacing Donny and Marie Osmond after their run as of now.
