The ballroom was stunned when a top scoring team was eliminated during Week 4 of “Dancing With the Stars,” and the remaining Season 27 teams will need to do everything they can to make sure they have the highest judge’s scores possible during Week 5 if they want to avoid being the next team to say goodbye.

Despite scoring well with the judges all season, Tinashe and Brandon Armstrong found themselves eliminated from the ABC series following their Trio Tango. While the viewer votes following week 4 will be the ones factored into their scores for Week 5, a high enough score from the judges could help counteract lower audience votes.

Still, regardless of their scores and where they fall with viewers, one team will still be sent home.

Again, when it comes to judge’s scores, the most likely to be eliminated star seems to be Joe Amabile, who was at the bottom of the judge’s leaderboard for the fourth week in a row, earning only 15 points for his salsa with Jenna and “BiP” co-star Jordan Kimball. Some show fans have expressed anger that he is still there while Tinashe was eliminated, which could hurt him in viewer votes this week. However, his routine did also feature him going shirtless, and he still has a strong fan base, which could put one of his co-stars in more jeopardy.

Bobby Bones also scored low with the judges during Trios week, earning only 20 points for his routine. Because he has continued to fall lower on the leaderboard and hasn’t improved much since his first week in terms of scores, he could also be at risk.

A similar scenario could play out for John Schneider, who scored only 21 points in Week 4. Though he has had some improvement over the weeks of the competition, his scores are low compared to some of the other remaining competitors. In addition, he has been In Jeopardy before, which means he may not have as strong of a voting fanbase as other members of the cast.

Of course, judge’s scores alone certainly don’t make up for the final results in the competition, and after Tinashe was in jeopardy during Week 3, she was eliminated in Week 4. A similar fate befell Nancy McKeon in Weeks 2 and 3. If that is a pattern which is emerging, then Evanna Lynch is also very much at risk and in jeopardy this week. If votes don’t come in for her, despite her scores which have trended higher, she could be the next celebrity out.

“Dancing With the Stars” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
