  • Emily Ratajkowski is planning to file for divorce from her husband of four years, Sebastian Bear-McClard, a report claims

  • Ratajkowski sparked split rumors when she was spotted stepping out without her wedding ring Thursday

Emily Ratajkowski and her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard have sparked divorce rumors after cheating allegations surfaced against the film producer.

The 31-year-old model is planning to file for divorce after Bear-McClard allegedly cheated on her, an unnamed source close to Ratajkowski told the New York Post's Page Six. International Business Times could not independently verify this information.

"Yeah, [Bear-McClard] cheated," the source claimed to the outlet. "He's a serial cheater. It's gross. He's a dog."

Ratajkowski has not filed for divorce as of this writing. Reps for the model and Bear-McClard did not immediately respond to the outlet's requests for comment.

Ratajkowski sparked split rumors when she was photographed without her wedding ring when she stepped out with her and Bear-McClard's 1-year-old son Sylvester in New York City Thursday, according to Page Six.

However, her 41-year-old husband was still wearing his wedding band when he was spotted out in the Big Apple Wednesday, the outlet noted.

Social media influencer and comedian Claudia Oshry fueled the breakup rumors when she talked about the speculation surrounding the couple's marriage during Thursday's episode of her "The Morning Toast" podcast.

"It's, like, known that [Ratajkowski's] husband has cheated on her, and they're filing for divorce, but literally, I went to make it an [Instagram] Story today, and it's not been written up, so I'm like, how do I know this? Like, everyone just knows it," she claimed. "When the inevitable Instagram post or PR statement comes out, we won't be that surprised."

The "My Body" author and the "Uncut Gems" producer secretly tied the knot at a New York City courthouse in February 2018, just two weeks after going public with their romance. The pair were first spotted making out on Valentine's Day that year.

Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard welcomed their son in March 2021.

The couple quarantined together during the pandemic, and in an interview with British GQ, Ratajkowski shared a glimpse of their marriage and relationship at the time. She said that though many couples were breaking up during the lockdown, she and Bear-McClard were going strong.

"It's been interesting being in quarantine and married. I feel like a lot of people will end up divorced," Ratajkowski said in the report published in May 2020. "But my husband and I are in a good partnership. And I think that I've learned a lot about myself being married, for sure."
