Erika Jayne is facing a new lawsuit amid estranged husband Tom Girardi’s ongoing legal woes.

Months after Jayne was dismissed from the embezzlement and fraud lawsuit against her estranged husband, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, 50, has been named in a new case from Chicago-based law firm Edelson PC, which accused her of using her public platform to "prolong" the alleged fraud "scheme" of the law firm founded by Girardi.

Edelson PC is seeking $55 million in damages from Jayne, her company EJ Global, the Girardi & Keese law firm and its lenders for alleged crimes including racketeering, receipt of stolen property, aiding and abetting concealment of stolen property, unlawful business practice and consumers legal remedies act and deceit, according to legal documents filed Tuesday and obtained by E! News.

"The victims of Tom’s fraud have had to sit back and watch Erika spend obscene amounts of money as they had nothing," Jay Edelson from Edelson PC told Page Six in a statement. "This is a giant step forward in obtaining real accountability for what was the largest criminal racketeering enterprise in the history of plaintiff's law. It’s time for her to stop the lies and start taking some accountability."

In the filing — which is part of the Lion Air Flight JT 610 Crash case that has been going on since November 2018, with Jayne initially being sued in December 2020 — the reality star, who filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020 after two decades of marriage, is accused of concealing the truth about her estranged husband's alleged misconduct throughout their marriage.

The lawsuit alleged that Jayne's lavish lifestyle is evidence of her and Girardi's misuse of funds.

"Tom and Erika routinely misappropriated client settlement money to project an image of wealth and to prop up a lifestyle made for reality TV," the docs claimed.

The lawsuit accused Jayne of flaunting her wealth and "acting as the 'frontwoman' of the operation, selling to the world (including unsuspecting clients) that Girardi Keese was successful."

The documents called Girardi's firm "the largest criminal racketeering enterprise in the history of plaintiffs' law" for allegedly stealing over $100 million dollars from its clients, co-counsel, vendors and others who did business with Girardi & Keese.

Jayne was also accused of interfering with the exposure of the fraud. "To this day, Erika uses her significant public platform to lie about her own involvement, and to try to assist Tom and the others in getting away with it," the lawsuit alleged.

Edelson told Us Weekly in a statement Tuesday that he believes they can prove to a jury that Girardi's firm was a "long-running criminal enterprise" that allegedly stole millions for over a decade to fund Girardi and Jayne's lavish lifestyle.

Jayne, for her part, has continued to maintain her innocence both on and off camera.

"I feel terrible. This is not who I am," she said during the "RHOBH" Season 11 reunion in October 2021. "And I hope this is not who he is. … I hope that [Tom] has not done what is alleged here."

The reality star's lawyer has not yet responded to the new lawsuit or issued a statement addressing the allegations.
