Tyler Young’s favorite “Philkas” scene was part of last night’s episode of “Eyewitness.”

While live-tweeting Season 1, episode 9, titled “Savior Unknown,” Young revealed that his favorite moment involving his character Philip and James Paxton’s Lukas was the maternity ward scene towards the end of the episode.

After Ryan Kane (Warren Christie) was spotted at a gasoline station near the hospital, Helen (Julianne Nicholson) and Gabe (Gil Bellows) took Philip and Lukas (James Paxton) to the medical facility’s maternity ward to keep them safe. While there, Philip revealed to Lukas that he already told Helen everything he knows about the triple murder after seeing the killer.

While the motocross rider took that news lightly, he began to panic when he found out that his dad Bo (Aidan Devine) saw Philip kissing him on the forehead. Lukas became even more alarmed when he discovered that Rose (Mercedes Morris) is already aware of his and Philip’s relationship.

“[Rose] already knows. She figured it out on her own,” Philip tells Lukas in the scene. “If she knows, she’s going to tell everyone,” Lukas replies.

Lukas continues insisting that she'll tell everyone, but Phillip answers, “No, Lukas. The only person who is not cool with this is you. And your dad, I don’t know what his deal is but he will get over it too.”

In a response to a fan tweet, Young wrote that it felt good to say those words as Philip to Lukas.

“Eyewitness'” freshman run ends next week with episode 10, titled “Mother’s Day.” In a couple of tweets, Christie teased the season finale.

“Eyewitness” Season 1 finale airs on Sunday, Dec. 18 at 10 p.m. EST on USA Network. Check out the trailer and synopsis for the episode below:
