“Flip or Flop” star Christina Anstead doesn’t want fans to be worried about her health following an Instagram post that raised some concerns.

On Friday, the star took to her Instagram Story to address comments she received about being “really skinny.”

The 37-year-old insisted she was fine and urged fans to consider their words before commenting on someone’s physique.

“People are commenting that I look really skinny or that I need to eat,” she said in the video. “This is actually the weight I’ve always weighed.”

Anstead reminded fans that they were used to seeing her look a certain way. “You guys have just watched me have babies and then go back to my original weight. So don’t worry, everything’s fine,” she said.

The HGTV star shared a photo of herself in the mirror flaunting her all-black attire with a pair of black skinny jeans and a sweatshirt. However, she didn’t receive praise for her style choice. Instead, fans commented on her small figure

“You should consider gaining weight… My God you don’t look healthy,” one person wrote.

Another person added, “Dear God, you’re way too thin, it looks sickly. You’re a beautiful gurl put some meat on those bones.”

However, one fan defended the star’s small frame and encouraged others to stop jumping to conclusions.

“Guys stop bashing her and weight shaming, she’s always been this tiny… it doesn’t mean she has an eating disorder,” one fan wrote.

Anstead is a mother to three kids, Brayden James, 5, and Taylor Reese, 10, who she shares with ex Tarek El Moussa, and Hudson London, 16 months, who she shares with her estranged husband Ant Anstead.

El Moussa was married to Anstead for seven years until the couple announced their split in 2016.

Since then, the 39-year-old has moved on and is currently engaged to “Selling Sunset” realtor Heather Rae Young. The couple has not shared a wedding date but plans on getting married at some point in 2021.
