The Foo Fighters announced on Tuesday that they will be canceling the remainder of their concert dates following the death of drummer Taylor Hawkins.

“It is with great sadness that Foo Fighters confirm the cancellation of all upcoming tour dates in light of the staggering loss of our brother,” the band said in a statement.

“We’re sorry for and share in the disappointment that we won’t be seeing one another as planned. Instead, let’s take this time to grieve, to heal, to pull our loved ones close, and to appreciate all the music and memories we’ve made together,” the statement added.

The Foo Fighters were going to play at the Grammy Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday, but that will be one of the canceled performances.

Other cancelations include other spring tour dates at the Beale Street Music Festival, the Boston Calling Music Festival and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. The band also was scheduled to tour nationally to Columbia, Maryland; Raleigh, North Carolina; Daytona Beach; and Charlotte, North Carolina.

There were also international summer tour dates scheduled in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and the UK that will be canceled.

Hawkins, 50, was found dead Friday in his hotel room in Bogota, Colombia before the Foo Fighters were scheduled to headline Lollapalooza Brazil on Sunday. It was confirmed that 10 different substances were found in Hawkins's body when he died.
