  • From the latest "Fortnite" patch, data miners were able to obtain possible new skins and cosmetics coming to the game
  • Epic Games, however, is yet to confirm or deny the latest leak
  • The latest leak comes after news of Deadpool-themed items and skins coming to "Fortnite" surfaced

After Epic Games released its latest “Fortnite” patch v12.30, data miners were able to extract more upcoming content. Apparently, a lot is in store for players in the coming weeks!

While it is not surprising for “Fortnite” to add new content and do crossovers given it is one of the reasons why it has increased in popularity, a new set of skins and cosmetics leaks could be promising additions to the game.

Based on the leak by @HYPEX, two new epic skins, one rare skin and four uncommon skins could possibly be added into the game, along with a slew of other items. It is also worth noting that some of the skins are Easter-themed – such as the chocolate bunny one – which suggests these new skins could be deployed sooner rather than later.

However, nothing has been confirmed yet as of the moment. With that said, it is still possible that some of these skins and cosmetics won’t make it to the full game, which is also not something new since Epic has previously scrapped skins and other items that has been leaked.

This news comes after a Deadpool-themed update has been leaked from the same patch. According to reports, an unmasked, ugly-looking Deadpool skin will soon arrive, as well as a special dual-piston weapon.

There will also be Deadpool supply drops, while the item shop has been rumored to get a massive change due to the update. It is still unknown, however, when it will be implemented in the game.

On the other hand, in the latest patch, Epic Games added two new items in “Fortnite.” One of which is the Crash Pad, which pretty much acts like a trampoline. A player can use it to launch in the air, and it deals no damage when the player falls.

Another item that arrived in the game is the Kingsman Umbrella, which is a weapon that has a variety of functions – including deflecting damage and slowing down a fall. It is comparable to the lightsaber, only in the Umbrella form.

Fortnite is currently available to play on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. It also has versions for Android, iOS and Nintendo Switch.
