Kim thought she could convince a judge to grant Franco his freedom and have the happy ending she always wanted with Drew. For the week of Oct. 28 on “General Hospital,” the details revealed during the trial may ruin Kim’s plans.

Last week on “General Hospital,” Kim (Tamara Braun) took the stand to fight for Franco’s (Roger Howarth) right to make his own medical decisions. However, her plan to make Franco appear competent brought her mental state into question.

During the trial, Scott (Kin Shriner) brought up the night that Kim drugged Drew (Billy Miller) and attempted to rape him so she could get pregnant. Kim admitted she tried to take advantage of Drew, which appeared to surprise Franco.

Although he comforted Kim after the questioning, it was clear he was disturbed about Kim’s behavior. Despite Scott’s attempt to prove Franco shouldn’t be allowed to make his own decisions, Kevin seemed to think he was capable of refusing medical treatment.

“GH” spoilers for next week reveal Sonny (Maurice Benard) offers Franco an outlet. The judge is expected to make her ruling on Franco’s case, and it appears he may be allowed to live his life as he chooses.

However, he may no longer want Kim to be apart of his future. Sonny will reach out to Franco and give him a way to escape his troubles, but will this outlet make him realize he no longer wants Kim in his life?

Elsewhere in Port Charles, it appears Julian (William deVry) will grow tired of Brad’s (Parry Shen) lies and reconsider his decision to keep the truth about Wiley from Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Michael (Chad Duell).

“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Julian continues to undermine Brad. After Julian learned Brad is raising Michael’s son, he decided to protect his secret. However, after Brad tried to get him to kill the people who threatened to expose the truth, Julian began to lose his patience.

Will Julian reveal the truth about Brad and Wiley, or will he continue to keep his secret?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
