Kim believes Franco is gone and Drew is living his body, but on the Thursday, Oct. 17 episode of “General Hospital,” Cameron will threaten her happy ending by asking Kim to let Franco return to his real family.

Cameron has been feeling an overwhelming amount of guilty since Franco (Roger Howarth) saved his life. Franco convinced Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) to let him switch places with the teen and undergo the memory mapping procedure.

Now that his mom has lost her husband, and his brothers have lost a father figure, Cameron is desperate to repair his broken family.

The teen will reach out to Kim and try to reason with her, but will he convince her to give up a future with Drew (Billy Miller)?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Kim tells Franco that Drew Cain never dies. “GH” spoilers reveal Franco gets a visitor. It appears Kim will head to Shdaybrook to see Franco, but will their conversation end with her saying goodbye to Drew?

If Cameron convinces Kim to let Franco return to his family, Kim’s words could be her way of saying Drew will always live in her heart. However, if she refuses to help Cameron, her statement could be about Drew’s resilience.

Will Kim get her happily ever after with Drew, or will Liz find a way to bring Franco back?
