Elizabeth was hopeful that Franco would be able to remember their life together before Drew’s memories were uploaded into his mind. On the Tuesday, Sept. 3 episode of “General Hospital,” Liz will realize she may lose her husband to Kim.

In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) tells Julian (William deVry) she thinks Kim (Tamara Braun) has feelings for Franco (Roger Howarth). Now that he has Drew’s (Billy Miller) memories, Kim is struggling to accept the reality of the situation.

“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Julian is defensive. In the clip, Liz tells Julian she is worried that Kim is confusing Franco with the real Drew rather than acknowledging that Franco isn’t the true owner of the memories.

It appears Liz’s observation and Kim’s bond with Franco will cause some issues in her relationship with Julian.

Elsewhere in the “GH” promo video, Franco tells Kim she made him rethink everything. The two will have a chat in Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) meadow and share a special moment.

In the sneak peek, Franco tells Kim she made him think differently, and he wishes he would have told her how he felt before he was deployed. Kim tells him she wishes the same, but will she give her relationship with Drew another chance?

Kim is still struggling to deal with Oscar’s death and is finding comfort in reflecting on her past with Drew. Even though Julian has become her biggest support system, will Franco be able to use Drew’ memories to tear Kim and Julian apart?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
