Nina has been devastated that doctors haven’t been able to figure out what’s wrong with Sasha. On the Monday, Aug. 26 episode of “General Hospital,” Nina will get closer to discovering the truth about Sasha’s mysterious illness.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) tells Nina (Cynthia Watros) she has no idea how grateful she is for her. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Nina gets a startling text.

When Sasha and Michael (Chad Duell) went on vacation to Puerto Rico, they met a woman named Sandy. However, they were unaware she was actually Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck). Later on, the two took a selfie with her and joined her for breakfast.

Before they arrived, Cassandra used a syringe to inject an unknown substance into Sasha’s grapefruit. Viewers are aware Nina put Cassandra in a coma to stop her from blackmailing Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), but will Sasha have to pay for Nina’s actions?

Nina is expected to receive a text amid Sasha’s illness, but it’s unclear why she will be shocked by the message. Will Cassandra text Nina a picture of her selfie with Sasha and Michael?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) asks Chase (Josh Swickard) if they are at risk of ruining everything. “GH” spoilers reveal Willow tries to salvage the rest of her year.

Willow had a difficult year after Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) learned he was the father of the baby she gave up for adoption. Despite the challenges, her relationship with Chase became stronger than ever.

Now that Willow believes she is free from Shiloh, she looks forward to putting her life back together. However, she fears her happiness won’t last. Will Willow’s concerns hurt her relationship with Chase?
