Liz has been fighting for Franco while Kim has been determined to hold on to Drew. On the Monday, Oct. 28 episode of “General Hospital,” the women will be forced to accept a verdict on the men they love.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, the judge reveals the court has come to a decision. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Scott has an idea.

In the previous episode, Scott’s (Kin Shriner) plan to have a doctor state that Franco (Roger Howarth) wasn’t competent to make his own decisions backfired. When Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) took the stand, he revealed he thought Franco truly believed he was Drew (Billy Miller).

Although he was forced to undergo the memory procedure, Kevin believes Franco is capable of accepting or refusing medical treatment.

It appears Scott has one last trick up his sleeve, but will it be enough to convince a judge to declare Franco incompetent? Kim (Tamara Braun) has been determined to have a happy ending with Drew but was shocked when Scott brought up her past attack against him.

Will Kim get to have her happy ending with Drew, or will her past behavior cause him to pull away?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Lucas (Ryan Carnes) tells Neil (Joe Flanigan) that he feels Brad (Parry Shen) is hiding something from him. “GH” spoilers reveal that Lucas and Brad head to couples therapy.

Viewers are aware that Brad is keeping a major secret from Lucas. Last year, Brad swapped babies with Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and has been raising Michael’s (Chad Duell). son. Meanwhile, Michael has been under the impression that his son died at birth.

Lucas believes the therapy sessions will make them closer, but will Brad’s secret tear their marriage apart?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
