Spencer’s attempt to hide the truth about his plan against Esme from Trina and Josslyn landed him and Cameron in some legal trouble, and on the Thursday, April 21, episode of “General Hospital,” he will have to convince Cameron to continue keeping his secret.

In the ABC promo video, Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) tells Cameron (Will Lipton) they just have to stick to the plan. “GH” spoilers reveal Cameron and Spencer bemoan their predicament.
