The residents of Port Charles have a history of hiding the truth, and Willow has successfully managed to keep her leukemia diagnosis a secret so far. However, on the Friday, Oct. 28 episode of "General Hospital," Willow's pregnancy may complicate her plans to protect her baby.

In the ABC promo video, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) asks TJ (Tajh Bellow) what Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is concerned about regarding her pregnancy. "GH" spoilers reveal Willow gets a health update.

Willow is hoping she can get through her first trimester before she shares the news about her cancer diagnosis with Michael (Chad Duell).

However, it appears she will go in for a check-up and will be surprised by what Dr. Westbourne has to say.

Viewers are aware that Willow chose to forgo chemotherapy during her first trimester to avoid hurting her baby. However, she never told Michael about her decision and how it will put her life in danger.

During her doctor's appointment, Willow will realize that TJ seems concerned and will want to know how her pregnancy is progressing. Will Willow's latest health update threaten her plans to save her baby?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) tells Terry (Cassandra James) there is no way she can turn back now. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Terry creates a distraction.

Liz suspects she may be responsible for the death of Finn's first wife and believes she can find answers at her parents' home.

It appears Terry will create a distraction so Liz can sneak in and look for proof, but will Liz be able to get the answer she is looking for?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Cameron (William Lipton) gives Finn (Michael Easton) insight into Liz, Carly (Laura Wright) makes a big decision, and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) gets an unpleasant surprise.
