Ginnifer Goodwin, one of the lead characters on the hit ABC show Once Upon a Time, turned 34 on Tuesday.

The actress, whose film work includes He's Just Not That Into You and Walk the Line, has had quite a year.

She wrapped up her role as Margene Heffman on the retired HBO series Big Love. She also starred in the romantic drama/comedy Something Borrowed with John Krasinski and Kate Hudson.

Her current project, a television show about people from a fairy tale-type of land who find themselves in the present-day town of Storybrooke, Maine -- and don't know who they really are, thanks to a curse -- has been a huge hit with viewers. Goodwin plays the dual characters of Snow White and Mary Margaret Blanchard.

Goodwin's personal life has also taken quite a turn over the past year. The actress, who once dated Chris Klein, broke up with her fiancé, actor Joey Kern, in 2011. A source told People magazine last May that the couple had broken up a few weeks before. She is now dating her OUAT costar, Josh Dallas, who, ironically, plays Prince to her Snow White, and David Nolan to her Mary Margaret. The two actors have been hailed for their convincing performances, not to mention their red-hot chemistry.

Goodwin and Dallas in April attended the White House Correspondents Dinner. Goodwin looked stunning in a white ruffled H&M dress that only set her back $299, according to a Huffington Post report that cited People.com. The bold, budget-friendly fashion choice certainly paid off on the red carpet.

The news of her relationship with Dallas came to light earlier that month when they walked the red carpet together at the My Valentine music video premiere party, Us Weekly reported. Dallas had said he was single in a December 2011 radio interview with Bob Rivers, but he was linked to Goodwin as early as the fall of that year, according to a Daily Mail report. An April CeleBitchy.com report speculated as to whether Goodwin and Dallas had actually cheated on their respective partners (Dallas is reportedly separated from his wife, English actress, Lara Pulver). Everyone seems to be remaining mum on that point, but it's clear that there was immediately chemistry both on and off the screen between Dallas and Goodwin (Pulver, meanwhile, has found love with actor and former Spooks costar, Raza Jaffrey, the Telegraph reported).

Dallas gushed about Goodwin during his radio interview before confirming his single status. He said he didn't meet Goodwin until the first day of shooting the OUAT pilot episode. He said she was beautiful and talented with a beautiful soul and that it was great to have her as my Snow White.

Cheers to the happy couple! Judging by an Instagram photo Goodwin posted on Twitter, it looks like she and Dallas took a trip to Disney over the weekend. A birthday getaway, or research for OUAT? Either way, the couple looked like they were having a blast!
