The coronavirus pandemic caused many events, including the Governors Ball, to cancel highly anticipated shows. However, music lovers can now plan on returning to music festivals in 2021.

On Wednesday, it was announced that the New York-based music festival, Governors Ball, will take place in the fall. This time around, the event will take place in September, three months after it typically takes place, which is June, Variety reports.

Since the festival was canceled last year, customers were given the option to hold on to their tickets and transfer them so they can attend the 2021 festival.

However, if fans are no longer interested in attending the show, they can request a refund. To receive a refund for their ticket, customers must log in to their Front Gate Tickets account, select the “Your Account” tab and click on order history.

From there, they should select “View Order Detail” and choose the order they wish to have refunded. They can then select the “Request Refund” option located on top of order details.

If customers who have requested a refund change their minds and decide to attend the festival, they can cancel their refund request by logging into their account and selecting the “cancel request” option.

Although a new date for the Governors Ball has been announced, it doesn’t mean the music festival will take place.

“Given that vaccines are rolling out and many experts predict a return to live music events in the Fall, we are hopeful. We’re booking an amazing lineup and making sure all suggested safety protocols are followed. Rest assured that safety is our first priority and we are working closely with all city and state authorities on everything,” reads a statement on the Governors Ball FAQ page.

All refund requests for the 2020 Governors Ball must be made by Wednesday, Jan. 27.
