“Hannibal” has revealed the identity of its new bride! The artful NBC drama announced only a week ago that the upcoming Season 3 would feature a new wife for one if its main characters, Will Graham (Hugh Dancy). Now, the actress who will take on the role has been revealed.

According to TV Line, the actress playing Will’s wife will be theatre vet Nina Arianda. Arianda, 30, is most famous for her role in the Broadway production of “Venus in Fur,” where, ironically, Hugh Dancy played her husband. In 2012, Arianda won a Tony award for Best Actress for “Venus in Fur” and has also been nominated for “Born Yesterday.” She has also appeared on film – “Win Win,” “The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby" and “Midnight in Paris” – and television – "30 Rock," "Hostages" and "The Good Wife."

In episode 8 of the new season, the series will jump ahead a few years and at the end of the time leap, Graham will be married. Furthermore, his new wife – whose name will be Molly – will have a 12-year-old son. Molly will help Graham move past some of the dark, traumatic experiences he had in the show’s first two seasons as he works his way back to joining forces with the FBI again. However, with the marriage arc – and Arianda’s role -- only lasting 4 episodes, it’s unclear if the union will have a happily-ever-after.

Fans should get a kick out of seeing Dancy and Arianda’s chemistry again after their award winning pairing on Broadway. What will married life on “Hannibal” look like? Fans will have to wait to find out! “Hannibal” will return with Season 3 in late spring 2015.
