The victim described Milkedis as a person you would “instantly be scared of.”

Milkedis, his mother Shannon James and a second male, later identified as McDaniel, arrived at the victim’s home in Orange County in a van.

The victim was reportedly forced in and drugged after initially refusing the ride.

Milkedis transported the victim to an unknown residence and lead the vitim into a camper on the back of the property, where she began blacking out.

She reportedly recalled being raped and remembers a secondary object used to rape her.

The victim allegedly heard Milkedis say, “Go, go,” before a second person raped her. It is unknown if it was McDaniel who raped her the second time.

The victim reportedly attempted to call an Uber when she woke up but was drugged again by Milkedis.

He then began to burn her hair with a cigarette while holding a pair of scissors to her neck.

She reportedly began to hallucinate when Milkedis dragged her by the hair across the property, punched the back of her head, grabbed her by her hair again and forced her into a vehicle driven by James.

The victim was forced out onto the parking lot of a Winn-Dixie restaurant.

Police said Milkedis has been charged with one count of sexual battery and is currently held in Marion County Jail.

He faces a maximum of 30 years in prison and $10,000.00 in fines with a mandatory minimum sentence of 34.5 months.

Police say there could be more arrests and charges as investigation into the incident continues.

Police are asking people with information leading to the arrest of McDaniel to contact Detective Jessica Galler at (352)-368-3535.
