That '70s Show star Danny Masterson has married long-time girlfriend Bijou Philips in a ceremony at a private castle in Ireland, on Tuesday.

Masterson proposed to Phillips in March 2009 and the Scientology couple has finally tied the knot, after an eight-year long affair. They were married amidst family and close friends, their representative confirmed to People magazine.

The magazine reported that the couple had a formal wedding at a private castle, the picturesque setting of Tipperary serving as their backdrop, during a weeklong celebration.

Masterson, 35, and Phillips, 31 were introduced to each other at a celebrity poker tournament in Las Vegas and started dating in 2005. They are often called as Hollywood's power couple.

Phillips, who was earlier dating Sean Lennon for a long time, is said to be extremely delighted to marry Masterson after eight years of romance.

I was asking him for advice over lunch at the Waffle on Sunset Boulevard. Every guy at the table was flirting with me but Danny. He wasn't laughing at my jokes. I was like, who is this Danny Masterson and what does he think he's doing? said Philips, recalling those moments.

We started texting that night, and now we've been together four years. It's been really cheesy and peaceful. There's no craziness or neediness. It's the way it should be, added Phillips, in an earlier interview with Papermag.com.

Masterson often DJs at Los Angeles night clubs and has worked with Phillips in several movies, including Wake and The Bridge to Nowhere.

The wedding was a private affair with very few people from the industry, with the exception of actors Ben Foster, Mike Pena, Ethan Suplee and Gottfried Helnwein. Masterson's brother, Chris Masterson, served as the best man.
