Meghan Meghan will be one of many moms celebrating Mother’s Day over the weekend, and according to a royal expert, Prince Harry plans to make the holiday a memorable occasion for his wife.

After the couple announced their plan to step back from their senior duties as members of the royal family, they relocated to Vancouver before making a permanent move to Los Angeles.

On May 10, Meghan will celebrate Mother’s Day for the first time in the US. Grant Harrold, who is also known as The Royal Butler, told FEMAIL that Prince Harry will go above and beyond to honor his wife during the special occasion.

“I am sure Little Archie, with his father’s help, will make sure Meghan is spoiled the same way all other mothers across the USA are hopefully spoiled on this special occasion, which may even include breakfast in bed,” he explained.

“But Archie may need some help from his father to accomplish this little task,” he added.

While the family will have an intimate celebration at the Beverly Hills home they have been staying in, they will reach out to relatives locally and across the pond.

“As we have seen, Meghan is very close to her mother, but due to social distancing the Sussex family will unlikely see her in person,” he said.

“But, most likely as with all other families, they will turn to Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime video call.”

This Mother’s Day may be an especially joyous occasion since Meghan no longer under the harsh royal spotlight she dealt with while living in the UK.

“Meghan was flogged in the press for choosing to keep her baby’s birth a private affair, for not appearing in public right after she gave birth -- as Kate, and Diana before her had done, although they were mothers to more direct heirs to the throne; and Meghan was not -- and for not showing the public a continuous stream of photos of Archie,” royal author Leslie Carroll told Fox News.

“Meghan was also condemned somewhat for choosing not to give Archie a title -- and even for giving him an unusual name -- although Anne, the Princess Royal did not give her children titles,” Carroll continued.

Despite her rocky past with the British tabloids, it appears Prince Harry plans to make sure May 10 is a day Meghan won’t forget.
