"I Am Jazz" fans are still hoping for a Season 8, but lead star Jazz Jennings' latest social media post suggests it's not happening yet.

On Wednesday, the 21-year-old reality star took to Instagram to share a series of photos featuring her dad Greg, mom Jeanette and brother Sander. The snaps were from their family outing when they watched a baseball game at Fenway Park.

According to Jazz, her family spent time with her in Boston, where she's currently staying while attending Harvard University. Based on her caption, she's loving the capital city of Massachusetts.

"Just a girl who loves Boston (and her family)," she wrote in the caption.

Her brother Sander quickly responded to her post, writing, "Going to miss you when we leave."

Jazz replied, "I'll miss you too."

Fans flooded the post with positive messages. Many complimented Jazz and her family for having such a tight bond.

"What a fantastic group of family," one wrote.

"Beautiful pictures with the fam," another added.

"Love how close you are to your family," a third user commented.

Jazz's latest post comes a few days after she revealed that she's back in Harvard for her second year in college. She previously uploaded photos of her smiling at the cafeteria.

While the trans activist is busy with her studies, her family's reality show has remained in limbo. According to Tonight's TV, though "I Am Jazz" has not been canceled, TLC has yet to renew the show for Season 8 ever since the previous season wrapped up in February.

Jazz's mom, Jeanette, did say in an interview with MediaVillage earlier this year that it would be hard for them to film new content for the reality series while Jazz is still in school.

"I can say this, that it's really in our hands, to put it that way. It's really what Jazz wants to do, so it could be. But if she's like tied up with summer school or something, they can't film up at Harvard. They're not allowed to ... have cameras up there. Without her, we wouldn't have a show," she said.

It is also worth noting that after the Season 7 finale, Jazz seemingly hinted that she's ready to say goodbye to reality TV.

"That's a wrap!!! I can't believe it's been seven seasons of 'I Am Jazz!' My family and I are so blessed to have been given this platform to spread unconditional love and bring awareness to the transgender community for the past seven years," the LGBTQ rights advocate wrote in a post she shared after the finale.
