Brie Larson is one big name in the Hollywood industry. But her popularity rose to such a height when she starred in the movie “Captain Marvel” and made an appearance in “Avenger’s: Endgame.”

The “Captain Marvel” star had kept her privacy despite her growing fame but fans are in it for a treat this time because Larson opened her Los Angeles house, which is currently on sale, to the public.

Let’s take a look on what’s inside Larson’s lavish house.

Described a “split-level residence” by Dirt.com, Larson’s mid-century house measures at 2,900 sq. feet. The luxurious house, built in the 1950s, is near the Laurel Canyon and boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Larson’s house has floor-to-ceiling windows providing enough passage for natural light inside. It also has a modernized kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a glossy, jet-blacked counter top, which gives direct access to a courtyard.

The house also has a zen-looking, high-ceilinged family room with sofas facing a floor-to-ceiling sliding door giving direct access to the central courtyard. Found in the living area is a hearth brick fireplace. The same living room is openly connected to the dining area and kitchen.

The property of the “Captain Marvel” star was initially listed for $2.34 million back in April. After a few cuts to the original selling price, it went down to $2.17 million. Larson bought the house, through a trust, for $2.25 million three years ago, Mansion Global reported. Tori Horowitz of Compass reportedly had the listing but when the said publication reached out to her for comment she did not respond.

Fans are in the assumption that Larson is selling her house to acquire a new and much more expensive property. Needless to say, Larson’s paycheck was relatively high when she did “Captain Marvel” so acquiring a new house probably won’t be a problem to her. According to The Hollywood Reporter Larson’s starring role in “Captain Marvel” gave her a $5 million pay check, Showbiz Cheat Sheet reported.

Larson’s net worth, as of 2019, is an estimated $10 million dollars, Wealthy Gorilla reported. Other than “Captain Marvel” and “Avenger’s: Endgame,” Larson also starred in the movies “Room” and “Kong: Skull Island” in 2015 and 2017, respectively.

An embodiment of women empowerment, Larson is also an advocate of gender equality and inclusivity. Tessa Thompson, her “Avengers: Endgame” co-star, wrote an article published in Time for The 100 Most Influential of 2019, telling people how Larson is fiercely fighting to end the sexual harassment in the workplace. Thompson described Larson as someone who could make a real systemic change in Hollywood.
