Irina Shayk shared a picture of her in blue lingerie online, showing off her well-toned six-pack abs. The model was promoting an Italian lingerie brand, and her post is giving her fans health goals.

“My fave new summer color is here,” Shayk wrote in her Instagram post.

The model took the selfie in blue lingerie in front of a mirror, and she tagged the Italian company Intimissimi in her post. Her picture has also been reposted on the company’s official Instagram page.

Shayk previously told US Weekly that she gets a toned body thanks to her habit of doing Russian sauna at least once or twice a week. The sauna includes being hit by a hot broom that opens the pores and cleans the skin. The model then immediately takes a cold plunge that tightens her skin. She has apparently been doing this Russian sauna routine since she was a kid.

Apart from having a well-toned body, Shayk is also known for her fashion sense. The model wears tiny frocks and other stylish clothes, and according to Page Six she manages to avoid a wardrobe malfunction by wearing a black spandex shorts underneath her mini dresses, something that she reportedly did recently when she went out with her daughter to a playground in New York City.

Shayk split from her boyfriend Bradley Cooper last month. The actor was spotted having lunch with his friend Laura Dern on Saturday. A source told People that the two actors have been friends for a decade.
