Discovery Day, a.k.a. the day humans find out that there are zombies living among them, has finally arrived in the trailer for Season 3 finale of “iZombie.”

“Discovery day is on us,” Chase Graves (Jason Dohring) says in the preview clip for Season 3, episode 13. “All those humans out there are gonna be in for a big surprise.” And he’s right. Two women pushing their babies in strollers scream at the top of their lungs when they run into a heavily wounded Zack Stoll (Aidan Kahn) crawling on the ground.

Zack was one of Major Lilywhite’s (Robert Buckley) superiors at Fillmore-Graves. He was also one of the many zombies at the venue of Major’s farewell party when Harley Johns (Andrew Caldwell) blew up the place at the end of Season 3, episode 12.

While some of Major’s zombie friends might have survived the explosion, it’s very likely that Major’s lover Natalie (Brooke Lyons) — whom he helped become human again earlier in the season — died in the incident. According to the synopsis for the finale, a reeling Major looks to the future, probably figuring out what he’s going to do with his life after his plan to move to Positano, Italy with Natalie apparently didn’t work out.

The explosion at the end of episode 12 also draws Dale Bozzio (Jessica Harmon) back to Seattle. As seen in the trailer for the finale, Dale confronts Clive Babineaux (Malcolm Goodwin) about what’s really happening in the city. “What the hell is going on!?” the FBI agent asks Clive.

“We live in a city full of zombies,” Clive reveals.

The synopsis states that Clive gets closure in the episode. It’s unclear, however, whether he is getting closure with Dale, who happens to be his ex-girlfriend, or he is getting closure with the Tuttle-Reid case he’s secretly investigating during his free time.

Elsewhere in the finale, Liv Moore (Rose McIver) uncovers a shocking truth with far-reaching consequences. As seen in the trailer, Liv also seemingly admits to her boyfriend Justin (Tongayi Chirisa) that she has slept with Chase. Will that confession put an end to their shortlived romance?

“iZombie” Season 3 finale, titled “Mr. Goodbrain, Part 2,” airs on Tuesday, June 27 at 9 p.m. EDT on The CW. Watch the trailer for the episode below:
