Despite Jamie Foxx’s effort to slam the buzz surrounding his relationship with Sela Vave, stories about his rumored girlfriend just keeps on surfacing. The latest among the stories is that Vave could still be a teenager, and what’s rather interesting is Foxx may have no clue about it.

An alleged source exclusively told Radar Online that Foxx, who knew nothing of this, just recently found out that Vave is only 19. The insider further added that Vave told her mom that Foxx already knew the truth and prohibited her from going to the bars.

The news publication also reported how Vave’s mom confirmed her age through a Facebook post, dated July 19, 2017, greeting her daughter on her 17th birthday. Based on this report, and if you do the math, Foxx’s rumored girlfriend, to-date, is definitely 19.

One can remember how the relationship rumor between Foxx and Vave broke. A few weeks back, the pair was reportedly caught holding hands while walking towards the 51-year-old actor’s car, leaving Bootsy Bellows, a night club in West Hollywood, California, two hours past midnight.

Foxx made some clarifications and defended Vave after the rumor broke, claiming that he only took the young singer under his wings just like what he did to Ed Sheeran and Nick Cannon.

Vave uploaded Foxx’s video in her Instagram account, noting that this was the true story. She even challenged her detractors —the ones that called her names like home wrecker, gold digger, etc. and those who wished that she would die. Vave clarified on her post that she’s here for work, doing what she loves the most and pretty much doesn’t care about what others say.

As for Vave’s age, that is still subject for official confirmation from her. As for Foxx, he already said his piece about the case, and instead of paying attention to the swarming news, he was busy having a good time across the country.

Foxx attended the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival. He and his “Just Mercy” co-star, Michael B. Jordan, were reportedly spotted arriving at the airport just in time for TIFF. In addition, Toronto Life shared some snaps revealing Foxx having some good time with his friends at a photo booth in the said event.

Foxx stars in Destin Daniel Cretton’s film “Just Mercy.” Foxx played the role of Walter McMillan, a man placed on death row in the 1980s and 90s under wrong accusations, while his co-star, Jordan, played the role of Bryan Stevenson, a young Harvard lawyer who took the case of McMillan and thereby witnessing institutional and casual racism.

A story of justice and redemption, the film was full-packed drama. According to the report of the New York Post, it brought the audience sobbing during its 2019 TIFF premiere.
