"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice previously told Bravo producer Andy Cohen that she is prepared to divorce her husband Joe Giudice if he is deported to his native Italy unless her daughters feel strongly otherwise. Now, their daughters are doing whatever it takes to keep him in America.

Joe served a 41-month sentence for tax fraud and has been in ICE custody for the past month since his release. His legal team filed a petition for the federal court to review the decision, but the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed the case on April 11.

Now, his oldest daughter Gia is appealing directly to President Donald Trump to fight for her father. The 18-year-old signed a petition on Change.org on behalf of her mother and her three sisters. It had over 34,000 signatures as of Wednesday.

In the petition, Gia writes, in part, "We request that our President, Donald J Trump review our petition and pardon my father to relieve him of this life sentence the courts are bestowing on him, yes in Italy he will no longer be incarcerated but will he ever be free if kept from his family and be able to be a productive member of society?"
